The learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the respondents 1 and 2 and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the 4th respondent are present. Eventhough court notice to R3 was served none appeared. Hence, R3 is called absent today.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this Criminal Revision Case stating that this petition is filed in premature stage questioning the closure report filed by the 4th respondent herein before the Court concerned and no https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

order has been passed by the court below so far and it is pending for consideration before the Court. He has also made an endorsement for withdrawing this Criminal Revision case. 3.In view of the same, this Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file appropriate revision after passing an order by the court below on the basis of the closure report.
