ORDER

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The petitioner was working as Village Administrative Officer. He reached the age of superannuation on 28.02.2019. He was however not allowed to retire on account of pendency of the petition mentioned disciplinary action. Charge memo was issued against the petitioner on 11.04.2018. The grievance of the petitioner is that till date the proceedings are not concluded and as a result his terminal benefits has not been disbursed. 3.The fourth respondent is said to be the competent authority. The fourth respondent is directed to conclude the petition mentioned disciplinary proceedings on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter.

4.This writ petition is disposed of accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs.
