[Order of the Court was made by K.KALYANASUNDARAM, J.] The petitioner has filed this habeas corpus petition seeking direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to secure his wife, namely, S.B.Shamena Selas, daughter of Selastin Raj, aged 24 years, produce before this Court and set her at liberty.

2. The detenue S.B.Shamena Selas along with her counsel Mr.A.Joseph Jerry appeared before this Court. On enquiry, the detenue has stated that she is aged 24 years, the petitioner herein is her Collegemate and no marriage was performed between them as stated by the petitioner in the affidavit filed in support of the habeas corpus petition. It is further stated that she is happily living with her parents and she is not illegally detained as alleged by the petitioner.
3. In the light of the above facts, the habeas corpus petition is closed.
