ORDER

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.K.P.Krishnadoss, learned Government Advocate who takes notice on behalf of the respondents. By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage. 2.It is not in dispute that the petitioner, in fact, has filed a writ petition in W.P(MD)No.11662 of 2014 earlier before this Court for the very same relief as sought for herein and however has withdrawn the said writ petition without seeking liberty to file a fresh writ petition. When that being the factual position, filing of the present writ petition is not maintainable especially when no such liberty was obtained or granted in the earlier writ petition.

3.Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as not maintainable. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
