This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent not to harass the petitioners under the guise of enquiry without due process of law.
2.According to the petitioners, the first petitioner is the mother of the second petitioner. The third respondent lodged the complaint as against the petitioners making some false allegations and based on the same, the second respondent frequently called the petitioners under the guise of enquiry and also harassing the petitioners and insisted the second petitioner to marry the third respondent. Hence this petition. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that based on the third respondent's 2/5
complaint, only for enquiry purpose they called the petitioners and the enquiry is still pending. He would further submit that the enquiry will be completed within a period of two weeks.
4.Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for in this petition, this Court, without even issuing notice to the private respondent, is inclined to pass order.
5.According to the petitioners, the second respondent harassed the petitioners based on the third respondent's complaint and insisted the second petitioner to marry the third respondent. But the second respondent denied the said allegations and submitted that only for enquiry purpose, he called the petitioners.
6.In view of the above, the second respondent is directed to conduct enquiry upon the third respondent's complaint and dispose of the same within a period of fifteen days from the date of this order in accordance with law.

7.With the above direction, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
