This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records and quash the proceedings of C.C.No.101 of 2022 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court (Magisterial Level), Karaikudi, Sivagangai District.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the C.C. is of the year 2022, but there is no progress in this case till date.

3. In view of the above, there shall be a direction to the concerned trial Court to expedite the trial process and complete the same within a period of five months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 2/4
