ORDER
The Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to file the final report in Crime No.12 of 2012 on the file of the respondent.
2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the respondent Police had filed a Closure Report and the petitioner had filed a Protest Petition. In the said Protest Petition, the Court below had also ordered further investigation by the respondent Police.
