Respondent/Accused (A2) in Crl.RC(MD)No.841/2017 Prayer :- Criminal Revision Cases are filed under Section 397 read with Section 401 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, to set aside the common order passed by Special Court for Trial of Cases under the Prevention of Corruption Act, Tiruchirapalli in C.M.P.Nos.47 and 48 2011 in Special Case No.91 of 2011, dated 26.06.2013. ORDER:- These Criminal Revision Petitions coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the earlier order of this Court dt.09.11.2018 and the requisition letter submitted by the Special Judge, Special Court for Trial of Cases under Prevention of Corruption Act, Tiruchirappalli, in D.No.185, dated 10.08.

2021 and this Court made the following order:- These petitions have been listed today under the caption 'for extension of time' to dispose of the case in S.C.No.91 of 2011. 2.This Court has already allowed the Criminal Original Petitions, by the order, dated 09.11.2018 and directed the Court below to dispose of the case in S.C.No.91 of 2011, within a period of nine months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. Now, the Court below requests further time of three months to dispose of the said case.

CRL RC(MD)Nos.840 & 841 of 2017 3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the letter dated 17.08.2021, this Court is inclined to grant further time and accordingly, three months time is granted from the date of receipt of a copy of this order for disposing the case in S.C.No.91 of 2011 and it is made clear that no further time is granted by this Court, since the matter is of the year 2011.
