O RDER This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking direction to the 3rd respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry on the basis of petitioner's representation, dated 25.03.2023. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that promising to arrange Job, the petitioner has alleged to have received money from the fourth respondent, over which only, they have given the complaint. The same was registered in C.S.R.No.62 of 2023. Summon has laso been issued to the petitioner. If it so, the petitioner shall appear before the third respondent and co-operate with him to complete the process of enquiry. On the basis of the out come of the enquiry, the petitioner is at liberty to workout his remedy through appropriate proceedings. 3.With the above said directions and liberty, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
