This petition has been filed seeking to make the sentence run concurrently in C.C.No.142 of 2013 and C.C.No.25 of 2014. 2.This matter is covered by an earlier judgment of this Court made in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.12497 of 2017, dated 31.08.2018. 3.The direction sought for by the petitioner can be granted only after considering the gravity of the offence. In this case the petitioner is involved in the offence of robbery. Therefore, it is not a fit case where the sentence can be permitted to run concurrently. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
