ORDER

Heard both sides.

2.The petitioner's father / Rajasekaran is said to have executed a Will on 05.08.2014. The petitioner wants the second respondent to register the same. 3.The petitioner is permitted to submit an online application. The learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents states that enquiry will be conducted as per the legal provisions and based on its outcome, an appropriate decision will be taken.

4.The second respondent is directed to conclude the exercise within a period of ten weeks after receipt of online application from the petitioner. A speaking order shall be passed and it shall be duly communicated to the petitioner thereafter. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter.
