This petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner and his family members based on the enquiry.

2. Mr.M.Sakthi Kumar, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) takes notice for the respondents 1 and 2.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that based on the complaint given by the third respondent, the respondent police called the petitioner for enquiry and they have not harassed the petitioner as alleged by him. Further, FIR has been registered against the petitioner in Crime No.241 of 2024 for the offences under Sections 294(b), 323, 506(1) of IPC and thereafter, the case has been disposed of on 11.03.2025. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication.

5. Since the prayer of the petitioners is not to harass the petitioner and also FIR has been registered as against the petitioner and the same Page No. 2 of 4

was disposed of by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Madurai, nothing survives for further adjudication.
