ORDER

Heard both sides.

2.The case of the petitioner is that patta in respect of the petition mentioned lands are reflecting the names of his father and grandfather. Both are no more. The petitioner wants his name to be included as a joint pattadar. The petitioner has given his representation on 17.02.2024 in this regard. 3.The third respondent is directed to conduct enquiry and pass final order on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. The third respondent shall put the interested persons, if any, on notice before passing final order. It is open to the third respondent to pass order one way or the other.
