This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to register a case based on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 21.11.2015.

2. Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondents.

3. On a reading of the complaint dated 21.11.2015, it is seen that the petitioner's service was engaged by the opposite party for building a house and the opposite party had failed to make payment for the money that has been spent by the petitioner. In a complaint of this nature, this Court cannot issue a direction to the respondent police to register the F.I.R. on the complaint of the petitioner dated 21.11.2015. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to workout his remedy in the manner known to law.
