The learned counsel for the petitioners is present. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for R1 submitted that in this case, final order was passed by the first respondent on 01.12.2017 itself and this Criminal Revision Case becomes infructuous.
2.The copy of the final order was also produced by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor before this Court for perusal. 3.Hence, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Criminal Revision Case. 4.In view of the same, this Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as withdrawn.
