*********** [Order of the Court was made by C.T.SELVAM, J.] The petitioner has come up with this Writ Petition directing the respondents 1 to 5 to take administrative control of the Arul Migu Sri Somagiri Karuppasamy Temple festival Melavalavu Melur Taluk, Madurai, under the Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowment Board, by considering the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 01.06.2018, on merits and in accordance with law.

2. The petitioner, who is stated to be an agricultural coolie, has submitted a representation dated 01.06.2018, before the respondents 1 to 5. The said representation, till date, remains unanswered.

3. We have heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

4. Mr.M.Pandiarajan, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 7, on instructions, informs that the representation of the petitioner dated 01.06.2018 will be considered by the respondents 1 to 5 on merits and in accordance with law, within a time frame, that may be fixed by this Court.

5. Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents 1 to 5 to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 01.06.2018 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after giving notice to the respondent No.8 herein and the outcome of the representation of the petitioner shall be intimated to him. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
