2018, and a letter submitted by the Sessions Judge, Mahalir Neethimandram, Fast Track Mahalir Court, Virudhunagar District at Srivilliputhur in D.No.201/2019 dated 29.03.2019 and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.M.Michaelbharathi, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr.C.Mayilvahana Rajendran, Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent, this Court made the following order:- This petition has been listed today under the caption 'for extension of time' to dispose of the case in S.C.No.134 of 2016. 2.This Court, by order, dated 29.08.2018 directed the Court below to dispose of the case in S.C.No.134 of 2016 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. 3.Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side. 4.Being satisfied with the reasons assigned by the learned Judge, this Court is inclined to grant further time to dispose of the above cases. Accordingly, two months time is granted for disposing the case in S.C.No.134 of 2016.
