ORDER

This Criminal Revision Case has been filed to set aside the order dated 27.02.2017 in Cr.M.P.No. 4916 of 2016 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thirumangalam and directing him for conducting further enquiry.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondent are present. The petitioner and the respondent appeared in person before this Court. 3.The respondent has filed an affidavit expressing his unconditional apology for the mistake committed by him in the profile, which is against the interest of the revision petitioner and his firm and also agreed to rectify the false information given by him in his profile and also undertakes not to commit any https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

such mistake in future, defaming the revision petitioner and his firm.

4.The petitioner submitted that he has no objection to accept the unconditional apology tendered by the respondent herein for his conduct. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the affidavit of the respondent may be recorded and unconditional apology may be granted and this revision may be closed.

5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also the unconditional apology tendered by the respondent for the mistake committed by him in this case, this Court is inclined to close this Criminal Revision Case. The affidavit of the respondent shall form part of this order. Accordingly, this Criminal Revision Case is closed.
