PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a writ of certiorarified mandamus calling for the impugned notices dated 06.09.2018 issued by the 1st respondent under section 13(2) SARFAESI Act and the impugned notice dated 30.11.2018 issued by the 1st respondent under Section 13(4) of the SARFAESI Act and the consequential order passed in Crl.M.P.No.28/2020 dated 08.02.2021, on the file of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sriviliputhur, quash the same and to direct the 1st respondent to hand over the possession of the property to the petitioner.
