*********** [Order of the Court was made by C.T.SELVAM, J.] The present Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed by the father of the detenu, seeking a Writ of Habeas Corpus, directing the respondents 1 and 2 to produce the detenu, namely, Swetha, daughter of Vadivel, aged about 22 years, before this Court and set her at liberty.

2. Today, when the Habeas Corpus Petition was taken up for hearing, the detenu appeared on her own accord. She informs that she married one Sudalaimani, S/o.Murugan and has taken up residence at Mayandi Kovil Street, Vadipatti Post, Madurai. She further informs that she is not detained by anybody and she is not willing to go with her father.

3. The petitioner has been informed of the above position.
