Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the third and fourth respondents to allow the petitioner to take part in the transfer counselling scheduled to be held on 13.06.2018 taking into consideration of the fact that the petitioner was posted on 04.08.2017 at Panchayat Union Middle School, Kakkayanpatti, Vadamadurai Union, Dindigul District, only on account of administrative reasons and consequently to give preference in the matter of transfer in conformity with G.O.1DNo.297, School Education Department, dated 17.10.2013 and by considering the petitioner's application, dated 04.06.2018 within the period that may be fixed by this Court.

ORDER

Seeking a direction to the third and fourth respondents to permit the petitioner to participate in the counselling, which was scheduled to be held on 13.06.2018, by considering the petitioner's application, dated 04.06.2018, the present writ petition has been filed.

2.Heard the learned Counsel on both sides.

3.The learned Special Government Pleader submitted that on the basis of interim order granted by this Court, the prayer of the petitioners had already been met out, and such submission is not refuted by the learned Counsel for the petitioner. 4.In view of the above, recording the same, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
