2. This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondents not to harass the Petitioner in the guise of enquiry .
3.At this juncture, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), on instructions, would submit that as on date, neither a case nor a petition enquiry is pending against the petitioner on the file of the respondent police. Hence, the presence of the petitioner is not at all required by the respondent Police.
4. Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate(Criminal Side), this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
