ORDER

The civil revision petition is filed seeking for a direction to the learned the Additional Subordinate Judge, Karur to dispose of the case in OP.No.72 of 2022 within a stipulated period by this Court.

2.The petitioner has filed HMOP.No.186 of 2021 before the Family Court, Thanjavur seeking for restitution of conjugal rights. Subsequently the respondent has filed a petition in TR CMP(MD)No.609 of 2021 before this COurt, wherein the case in HMOP.No.186 of 2021 was transferred to Sub Court, Karur by order dated 16.03.2022. Though the case was transferred at the instance of the respondent wife, she is not evincing interest in conducting the case and prolonging the proceedings. Therefore, the petitioner has filed this petition for speedy disposal of the said case. 3.The above HMOP was filed in the year 2021 before the Family Court, Thanjavur and at the instance of the respondent wife, it was transferred to Sub Court, Karur and renumbered as HMOP.No.72 of 2022 and the petitioner claims that it is pending without any progress.

4.In view of the above, this civil revision petition is disposed of with a direction to the trial Court to dispose of the case in HMOP.No.72 of 2022 as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of eight months from 2/4
