(Order of the Court was made by C.T.SELVAM,J.) Detenue has been produced by the second respondent. She informs that she has entered upon a marriage with one M.Dinesh Babu, S/o Maruthamuthu, and the marriage is yet to be registered. 2.As the petitioner's family are making urgent arrangements to get her marriage to her uncle's son, detenue left parental home and had gone over to her now mother-in-law's house. Petitioner as also mother of the detenue have been informed such position. 3.In the circumstance, this Habeas Corpus petition shall stand closed.
