(Order of the Court was made by C.T.SELVAM,J.) This Writ Petitioner seeks issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to consider his representation dated 04.06.2018 and further to direct the first respondent not to open TASMAC shop in the proposed place at Attoor.

2.A communication of the third respondent / District Manager, TASMAC Ltd., Kanyakumari District dated 11.06.2018 informs that there is no proposal to open a TASMAC shop at Attoor as alleged by the petitioner, as on date.

3.Recording such communication, this Writ petition shall stand dismissed. However, it is open to the petitioner to move a fresh petition, if cause arises. No costs. Consequently, connected W.M.Ps.are closed.
