This criminal original petition has been filed to direct the respondent - Police not to harass the petitioners under the guise of enquiry except due process of law.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent - Police and perused the materials placed on record.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that a case in Crime No.81 of 2018, for the offences punishable under Sections 4(1)(a) and 4(1)(A) of T.N.P.Act has been registered against the petitioners and hence, there is no question of harassing them by the respondent Police under the guise of enquiry.

4. In view of the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this criminal original petition is dismissed.
