O R D E R

The petitioner has filed this criminal original petition, under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, seeking for a direction to the third respondent to register a case, based on his complaint, dated 20.03.2018.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents and perused the materials placed on record.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that based on the complaint, dated 20.03.2018, lodged by the petitioner, an enquiry was conducted by the respondent - Police and during the course of enquiry, the petitioner submitted that he would pursue his remedy before the concerned Civil Court and requested the respondent - Police not to take further action on his complaint and hence, the petitioner's complaint has been closed. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. In view of the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this criminal original petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to pursue his remedy before the concerned Civil Court in accordance with law.
