PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., praying to direct the respondents 1 to 3, especially the third respondent to provide police protection to the life and limb of the petitioner and his pangalis by considering the petitioner's complaint, dated 25.09.2021.

ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking direction to direct the respondents 1 to 3, especially the third respondent to provide police protection to the life and limb of the petitioner and his pangalis by considering the petitioner's complaint, dated 25.09.2021.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 submitted that the petitioner has lodged a complaint before the third respondent and the same is still pending.

3. Considering the above, third respondent is directed to conduct enquiry on the complaint after issuing notice to the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P.(MD) No.7574 of 2022 petitioner and the fourth respondent, conduct enquiry and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
