ORDER
This petition is filed seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry with regard to the civil dispute.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the State.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the State on instructions would submit that during the enquiry, both parties have appeared before the second respondent police and gave a statement that they would approach the competent Court to work out their remedy. In view of the statement made by them, the complaint was closed.
4. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
