ORDER

This petition has been filed to cancel the bail granted to the respondent in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.21104 of 2021 dated 29.12.2021. 2.Subsequently, by Order dated 29.04.2022 in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.5394 of 2022 this Court has issued following directions: "The learned Additional District and Sessions Court (Special Court for EC and NDPS Act Cases), Pudukkottai, is directed to complete the trial and dispose of the case as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order".

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police would submit that the trial Court has fixed the date of trial for examination of witnesses. The submission is recorded.
