Heard both sides.

2.The petitioner wants sub-division of the petition mentioned survey number.

3.The learned Additional Government Pleader informs the Court that S.No.117/1A, Thallakulam stands in the name of Meenakshi Amman Temple. The petitioner has not enclosed any patta in her name. The survey can be conducted only at the instance of the pattadar. 4.The petitioner is permitted to approach this Court or the authorities along with patta in her name. This writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
