Heard Mr.S.M.Ramasiva, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and Mr.M.Lingadurai, learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 to 3. 2.The petitioner seeks for issuance of joint patta for the subject lands in the names of legal heirs of Kailash Nadar based on the application, dated 23.11.2023, simultaneously cancelling the patta in patta No.1266 issued in the name of the fourth respondent. 3.Considering the limited relief sought for, without going into the merits of the petitioner's claim, the second respondent is directed to conduct an enquiry after affording an opportunity to the petitioner as well as to the respondents 4 and 5 and pass final orders on merits and in 2/4

accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
