ORDER

This petition has been filed praying to direct second respondent to file final report in Crime No.3 of 2017, dated 14.12.2017 before the concerned court.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that the respondent requires nine months time to complete the investigation.

investigation within the aforesaid period by considering all the grievances of the petitioner.

5. Recording the above said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the second respondent to complete the investigation and file the final report within a period of nine months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
