Whereas upon Motion this day made unto this Court by M/S.A.ARUN PRASAD, Advocate for the petitioner and MR.V.NEELAKANDAN, Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents and the Advocate for the petitioner praying to call for the records in pursuant to the proceedings of the 2nd respondent in Detention Order in P.D.NO.18/2020 dated 30/06/2020 and quash the same and consequently direct the Respondents to produce the petitioner's husband namely Ramachandran, S/o.Krishnamoorthy, aged about 40 years, who is now detained in Central Prison, Trichy. Whereas this Court hath directed issue of notice, returnable by 18/08/2020 (Tuesday, the Eighteenth day of August, Two Thousand and Twenty) to the respondents 1 to 3 herein to show cause why this petition should not be complied with:
