The petitioner seeks issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to dispose of his two applications for sub-division and survey dated 22.02.2025.

2.The petitioner's husband purchased the property in the year 1996 and in the year 2007, the same has been transferred to the petitioner, by registered settlement deed. In pursuance of the above settlement deed, the petitioner has made two applications, one for sub-division and for issuance of separate patta, after conducting the survey and demarcating the petitioner's land. 3.Considering that the said applications are pending, it would suffice to dispose of the Writ Petition, directing the first respondent to pass final orders on the petitioner's applications 22.02.2025, on merits and in accordance with law and if necessary, after putting on notice the other interested parties, within a period of 2/5

twelve [12] weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.
