This writ petition has been filed, seeking a direction to the 1st respondent to make the reference under Section 18 of the Land Acquisition Act for enhancement of compensation on the basis of the representation of the Writ Petitioner dated 10.09.2012 pertaining to the order passed by the V Additional District Court https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Madurai Fast Track No.II in LEOP No. 90 of 1991.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has fairly submitted that the writ petition has become infructuous and the same may be closed. The said submission is recorded.

3. In view of the above submission, this Court is of the view that nothing survives for further adjudication in this matter. Hence, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
