ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is arrayed as A-6, apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Section 120(b), 420, IPC in Crime No.16 of 2013 and hence, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) for the respondent/State.

3. The case of the prosecution is that audit was conducted in the company with regard to the stock of the company and it was found deficit of iron mould and raw materials of the company, worth about Rs.7,03,80,929/- and all the accused are working in V.V.Iron and Steels Private Limited.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner herein is arrayed as A6 in this case and he is one of the employees of V.V.Iron and Steels Private Limited, Vagaikulam and as per the audit report, the petitioner is implicated in this case. 5.The learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent on instructions submitted that totally there are 8 accused in this case and the petitioner and A3 and A4 were granted anticipatory bail by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.22172 of 2016 on https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

22.07.2014 and as per the order in Crl.O.P.(MD) Nos. 1418 to 1420 of 2014, A1, A5, A7 and A8 were granted anticipatory bail. 6.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner, with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on his appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Thoothukudi and on his executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. The petitioner shall comply with the condition stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C. scrupulously. 7.The petitioner shall appear before the concerned Magistrate within a period of 15 days from the date on which the order copy made ready, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail stands dismissed.
