To relax the condition imposed to report before the Inspector of Police, Dharapuram Town Police Station on the 1st and 15th day of every month at 10.30 a.m., till the disposal of the appeal in Crl.M.P.(MD).No.9383 of 2025 in Crl.A.(MD). No. 690/24.

ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD).No.9383 of 2025 in Crl.A(MD).No.690 of 2024, dated 18.07.2025.

is complying with the condition regularly.

In view of the above, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court, on the first working day of every English Calender month at 10.30 a.m., till the disposal of the appeal.
