Respondents This Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for a Writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 09.09.2014 within the time stipulated by this Court.

ORDER

The petitioner has come forward with this Writ Petition praying for a Writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 09.09.2014 wherein the petitioner has alleged that the fifth respondent fraudulently obtained patta and trying to alienate the property of the petitioner.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that it would be suffice, if the representation of the petitioner is disposed of, within the time stipulated by this Court. 3.

The learned Govt.Advocate would submit that the representation will be considered in accordance with law.

4. Admittedly, there is a rival claim in respect of patta of the property in question. On a direction from this Court, the fifth respondent has been arrayed as one of the parties. Therefore, without going into the merits of the case, the first respondent is directed to pass appropriate orders on the representation of the petitioner, dated 9.9.14, on merits and in accordance with law, after giving due https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

opportunity to the petitioner, the fifth respondent as well as any of the interested parties, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
