O R D E R

When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that the investigation in Crime No.335 of 2016 has been transferred from the file of the Inspector of Police, Melavalavu Police Station to the Deputy Superintendent of Police, Melur Sub-Division, on the orders of the Superintendent of Police, in view of the gravity of the allegations in the First Information report.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that two of the accused, viz., Sulaiya Beevi (A-1) and Vallalan (A-2) have been released on anticipatory bail in Crl.M.P.Nos.547 and 487 of 2017 by the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Madurai. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. In view of the above, this petition becomes infructuous and accordingly, this petition is closed with a further direction to
