The petitioners had given representations on 27.09.2022.
3.Heard Mr.S.Sivakumar, learned Counsel for the petitioner and Mr.N.Muthu Vijayan, learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents.
4.Let met not enter into a detailed discussion on the facts of the case, but record the submission made by the learned Special Government 2/4
Pleader that the District Collector had examined the representation given by the petitioners and had taken a decision to reject the claim of the petitioners. The order of the District Collect was passed on 03.10.2022. 5.The three Writ Petitioners are at liberty to question the order of the District Collector.
6.Giving liberty to the petitioners herein to question that particular order, the present Writ Petitions stand dismissed. No costs.
