This petition has been filed to direct the respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent and perused the materials available on record.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the respondent police frequently called the petitioner and harassed him under the guise of enquiry.
4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on instructions, would submit that after completion of investigation, petition enquiry has been conducted and subsequently the same has been closed on 09.01.2017 and the petitioner's appearance is not at all required by the respondent Police. Hence, there is no scope of harassment as alleged by the petitioner. He also produced a xerox copy of the closure report before this Court. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
5. In view of the above submission of the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
