ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the respondent herein to file a final report in Crime No.74 of 2018 within a stipulated time limit.

2.Heard Mr.K.P.Narayanakumar, learned Counsel for the petitioner and Mr.K.Suyambulinga Bharathi, learned Government Advocate (Crl. side), who takes notice for the respondent.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that based on the complaint preferred by the petitioner, a case was registered in Crime No.74 of 2018 and on enquiry, it was found to be a mistake of fact. To that effect, a final report has also been submitted before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Padmanabapuram.
