2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, enquiry is still pending.

3.Considering the above, the third respondent is directed to conduct an enquiry after issuance of notice to the petitioner and the counter party, if any and dispose of the same within a period of two weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.

4.With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
