to an extent of 5 1/2 cents which was purchased through sale deed having document No. 3453/1958 based on the petitioner's representation dated 07.03.2025.

ORDER

The petitioner has given a representation for correction of the extent in the patta on 07.03.2025. The petitioner seeks speedy disposal of the said representation.

2. Considering the limited relief sought for by the writ petitioner, with the consent of the learned counsel appearing on either side, the writ petition is taken up final disposal even at the stage of admission.

3. The grievance of the petitioner is that though the petitioner owns 5.5 cents of land, patta has been issued for a lesser extent of 3.7 cents and therefore, he has sought for necessary corrections in the patta. 2/4

4. Considering the scope of the writ petition, it would suffice to dispose of the writ petition directing the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 07.03.2025 on its own merits, in accordance with law and pass final orders, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
