Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records pertaining to the impugned order passed by the first respondent in his proceedings Ref.No.9894/E1/1/2010 dated 19.12.2014 and quash the same and consequently, direct the respondents 1 and 2 herein to consider the petitioner for the post of Reader in the second respondent college.

The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the third respondent made a submission that the writ petitioner left the job at Government Ayurveda Medical College and Hospital at Kanyakumari District and now joined as Medical Superintendent in Rajiv Ghandhi Ayurveda Medical College and Hospital at Puducherry. petitioner had joined in the said post at Puducherry on 05.03.2016.

2.This being the factum now placed before this Court, there is no necessity to adjudicate the grounds, as the writ petitioner himself left the job from the institution, in which he seeks promotion to the post of Reader.

3.Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are also closed.
