Prayer in CMA(MD) No.SR14407 of 2018:- To set aside the order dated 19.09.2017 passed by the Hon'ble ESI Court, (Labour Court), Madurai in E.S.I.O.P.No.18 of 2009 and allow the ESIOP filed by the Appellant as prayed for and thus render justice.

ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.M.E.ILANGO, Advocate for the petitioner and of the Respondent not appeared either in person or by an advocate, the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to condone the delay of 98 days in filing the above said appeal.

Aged Care Centre, Melur Road, Uthangudi, Madurai, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which, this petition shall stand dismissed automatically, without further reference to this Court.
