ORDER

The writ petition has been filed in the nature of mandamus, seeking to survey and fix the boundaries of the land of the petitioner at S.No. 888/18 at Odaipatti Revenue Village, Oddanchatram Taluk, Dindigul District. The petitioner had paid necessary charges and also filed application through online.

2.It is stated that the property originally belonged to Pon Ramalingam, father of the petitioner. There are also other brothers and one sister for the petitioner.

3.A direction is given to the first respondent/Tahsildar, Oddanchatram Taluk, Dindigul District to issue notice to the other brothers and sister of the petitioner herein, thereafter, examine the possession of the petitioner over the said property, whether the property had been divided among the brothers and sister of the petitioner and then take a decision to survey the property. The said exercise should be completed within a period of twelve weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4

4.With the above directions, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
