ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner/sole accused, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 20.10.2016 for the alleged offences punishable under Section 366(A), 376, 506(i) of I.P.C r/w Section 5(j)(ii)(i) L, q, 6 of Prevention of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 r/w Section 3(1)(w)(i), 3(2)(v) of Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribe (Prevention of Atrocities) Amendment Act, in Crime No.14 of 2016 on the file of the respondent police and hence, seeks bail.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner and the victim minor girl are lovers and thereafter they married each other and because of that, the victim girl became pregnant and a false case has been foisted against the petitioner and the petitioner was arrested and is in judicial custody from 20.10.2016 onwards.

3. The learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent on instructions submitted that no marriage has taken place between the victim girl and the petitioner herein and the victim minor girl became pregnant and the investigation is still pending.

4. Considering the above facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the gravity of the charge against the petitioner herein, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner herein at this stage. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
