This Writ Petition has been filed by Dhineshkumar challenging the impugned selection list to the post of Senior Treatment Supervisor and also one another selection list to the post of Tuberculosis Health Visitor's (TBHV) post on the ground that they are arbitrary, illegal and violative of Articles 14 and 16 of Constitution of India.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner after completing his Higher Secondary School namely +2 obtained B.Sc Degree in Computer Science and also received diploma in Health and Sanitary Inspector. Therefore, he registered his name in the District Employment Office at Virudhunagar District. While so, the second respondent issued notification calling for the applications to the post of Senior Treatment Supervisor and Tuberculosis Health Visitor(TBHV) post including Medical among other posts.

3. In response to the same, the petitioner has applied for the post of Tuberculosis Health Vistor's (TBHV). Therefore, he was issued

with hall ticket. Subsequently, the written examination was conducted on 18.02.2015 in which the petitioner appeared and performed well at Chennai. Without disclosing the marks as such the petitioner was called for interview for the post of Senior Treatment Supervisor on 21.04.2015 and also for another post of Tuberclosis Health Visitor (TBHV) on 23.04.2015 at Chennai. The petitioner appeared for both interviews and performed well and he was successfully waiting for the receipt of appointment order to any one of the posts. But on the other hand, the final selection list was published leaving the name of the petitioner, therefore, he has come before this Court.

4. Adding further, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the selection list containing 209 selected candidates has not shown their marks obtained by them in the written test which shows that on their whims and fancies the selection committee has proceeded to declare the selected candidates, therefore, the impugned selection list is liable to be set aside.

5. This Court finds no justification in this writ petition. The petitioner has participated in the written examination and thereafter, he was called for interview. After participating in the interview held at Chennai for two posts, namely, for the post of Senior Treatment Supervisor on 21.04.2015 and for the post of Tuberculosis Health Visory (TBHV) on 23.04.2015 at Chennai, he has not asked for the marks secured by him in the written examination. As a matter of fact the petitioner has not made any representation to find out his marks and to find out on what basis his name has been found in the ineligible candidate's list and in the absence of any representation, the petitioner has come to this Court. Finding that he was not yet selected, he rushed to this Court, when there is no basis to suspect the selection list.

This Court finds no merit in this writ petition. Hence, this Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
